A trader registered under VAT (kerala), migrated to GST. He had no input tax credit before july 2017, to claim under GST.
He had not filed tran 1 before september 30, 2017.
Is it necessary to file any transition forms for the previous year or for the year 2018-2019.

if you are migrated as regular no need to file any thing

If You are migrated and You don't have or claim any Credit in previous Tax regime then no need to file any transition Forms under GST...
