Can we sale our goods in same state in which we are regestred through Transit sale?
exp. A Ltd corporate office in delhi purchased goods from b Ltd in west bangol can A Ltd directly indorsed their bill to C Ltd which is also in Delhi through transit sale agsinst E form?
Please guide me for the same?

In this case sale from Y to X is covered under CST and X to Z is also covered Under CST as sale in transit.
Yes they can...
A will issue "C" form to B ,B will issue E-1 form to A and C will issue "C" form to A.
In the above case even A & C both are situated in Delhi but the sale transaction is covered under "sale in transit" clause of CST act so CST will be applicable and vat is not be charged.
