Transfer Within One year

Dear All,
I have started my articleship in 17.08.2015 and on 12.08.2016 I have taken transfer from previous firm and On 23.08.2016 I have joined another firm so my date of franking is also 23.08.2016 which after completion of one year so will there be any issue because of my date of franking is after completion of 1 year. KINDLY help me out from this..??

Dear Paresh,
While filling termination form which date u have mentioned as if it increase above 1 year then it would not be accepted. As u have 30 days time to submit your new form 103 to the institute .
