There is no any specific FORMAT for transfer pricing. You can use your own to suit your needs.

Please follow Transfer Pricing Rules as set in the Income Tax Act 1962 along with the relevant section of the Act. Documentation has not prescribed format. Usually you document Transaction & their Justification along with MAM (Most approproiate Method0 usued and not appli=cability of other methods, Industry and Sector overview, risk analysis, functions performed by associated entities, Assets employed etc
