Transfer of shares on death of documents reqd

05 October 2017 In 1992 some shares of quoted Cos were transferred in two cases of death of holder

1. Jointly held - Death cert submitted by Administrator mentioned in Will but not probated and no succession cert.One joint holder could not sign

2. Singly held - Death Cert submitted By Administrator mentioned in Will but not probated and no succession cert

As it is many years ago need your advice please owing to legal issues.
