04 February 2012 Transfer deed are valid for 2 months from the date of presentment in private companies.

It your case transfer deed are valid till 30.06.2011 if we assue that they bear stamp of ROC of 01.05.2011.

So you should execute these deeds on or before 30.06.2011 and send to the company for transfer. Company will approve the transfer in meeting on 01.11.2011.

You can use form 7B of May 2011 to transfer the shares provided they are signed by transferor and transferee/ stamped before 30.06.2011.

Thanks
