Fill Share Transfer Deed and submitted with Certificate to company
after that compnay pass resolution for the same and noting on certifciate and return to share holder
on 31.3.08 or current dtd. PLease guide me the procedure and also the benefits as on 31.3.08 or current dtd. regards Kalpana
