In case entire shares are transferred relating to a share certificate then the Transferee will be issued new Share Certificate. Yes or No?

No. Endorsement of transfer overleaf of share certificate is enough.

IN CAS OF TRANSFER OF SHARES , THE SHARE CERTIFICATE WILL BE ENDROSSSED IN NAME OF TRANSFREEE FROM TRANSFEROR AND THE SHARE CERTIFICATE NUMBER WIL REMAIN THE SAME.
