purchase few shares of a limited company 6 months back the companys directors or board is not transferring the same nor reply what to do

Dear Sir
I assume that the company is listed.
Please write a complaint by registered post to Share Registrar by Regd Post with Ack Due. If your grievance is not redressed it will be dangerous offence by the company.
If it is a unlisted company, write your complaint to Company Secretary, Regd Office by Regd Post with Ack Due, marking CC to Board (if possible deliver by hand and get ack).
Your grievance will surely redressed. If not issue notice intimating your intention to go to Company Law Board/DCA.
