Any one can tell me the details process of transfer of shares of a listed company with involvement of RTA of the same company.

In case of physical transfer a shareholder required to send his transfer request to RTA along with original share certificate and share tran deed duly stamped and signed.
After verification RTA will do the needful and send company an intimation fortnightly, monthly or quarterly.
