What is time limit for registration of Transefer deed ( Share transfer Form ) with registrar in form 7B?

Kindly appreciate when you buy share tran deed from ROC or stock exchange they are already registered i.e. already 'date stamped'.
From the date mentioned on deed time beguns to run. Deed is valid for 2 months in case of pvt. co. from the date mentioned on the deed.
