22 April 2013 I hav Completed my 18 months Of training and my ca has not given a stipend of all the 18 months when i asked for transfer he is not ready to sign on reason of stipend not given what should i do please suggest something regarding it

22 April 2013 This is not the right practice on the part of your employer. Try and talk to him about the same referring ICAI guidelines for stipend.

Figure out the reason why he is not ready to pay the stipend. You have also the option to file a written complaint with ICAI in this regard. This is really sad that senior CAs are unnecessarily exploiting articles. Strict action should be taken against such CAs.

22 April 2013 sir he is saying that it will effect his image and he is not ready to sign a reason for transfer

22 April 2013 I do not understand his logic of image. He is just harassing you by refusing to sign the papers.

Try and convince him that right to stipend is your legal right as per ICAI guidelines. Talk to him in a polite manner and I am sure he will respond positively.
