Can anyone explain the procedure for Transfer of machinery from one plant to another plant in different state for production purpose.What is procedure

04 December 2010 If Cenvat Credit has been taken on machinery, it should be cleared on invoice, capital goods removed as such and duty should be paid equal to cenvat credit availed less 2.5% per quarter.
