we have got two house. Lets say House-1 and House-2. House-1 is name of me and my brother. House-2 is in name of my wife and my brothers wife.
Now i have to transfer House-1 totally in name of my brother and transfer House-2 in Name of my wife and myself. please suggest how to proceed with this transaction.

you can gift your share of house no 1 to your brother by registering a gift deed by paying appropriate stamp duty on circle rate. in the same way your brothers wife can gift her share in the house 2 to you.
