Dear respected member,
I have to trans fund from India to my friend residing outside India, for pocket money. this money is to be sent on behalf of his parents so can anybody tell me about the procedure I need to comply.

Only relative can transfer funds to abroad. Transfer the money from father's account it is allowed contact bankers they will guide you.

under LRS scheme you (parents) can transfer funds to your friend ....
