10 October 2011 Hello Sir,

I want to ask a question whether a Company having two Manufacturing Unit in same city can one unit transfers Credit of Excise Duty to another unit if yes then how ??

10 October 2011 you have to give an intimation to the jurisdictional AC/DC of unit where credit is lying balance, along with the details of cenvat credit to be transferred to another unit supporting with proper reason, why you want to transfer the cenvat. a copy of the same mush present before the ac/dc as well as range of transferee unit where credit is to be taken.
