Kindly provide the Indirect Tax Implication on the transfer of ownership of Machinery from one group company to another.

Mr Author,
If it happens as part of sale of business then there will be no taxes on it.
Otherwise, normal sale invoices are to be issued collecting the taxes due and paid to the govt....MJK
