Transfer of articleship after one year

30 April 2014 I have completed 1 1/2 year of articleship under present C.A.
Now I am shifting to another city(beyond 50km ).
my parents are not gov. employee we are living on rent what proof i should submit to institute.

01 May 2014 you need to submit the transfer order/any letter evidencing the same.

we just have rent agreement in pune.

01 May 2014 the regulation requires that the working parent should have transferred from his/her job...is that applicable to your case?

my father is not an employee. he just do work on contract basis. It is not possible to get any transfer certificate from any employer.

what should i do...?

01 May 2014 then just apply with whatever documents you have...and wait for ICAI to respond to it.
