I have completed 1 1/2 year of articleship under present C.A.
Now I am shifting to another city(beyond 50km ).
my parents are not gov. employee we are living on rent what proof i should submit to institute.

you need to submit the transfer order/any letter evidencing the same.

the regulation requires that the working parent should have transferred from his/her job...is that applicable to your case?

then just apply with whatever documents you have...and wait for ICAI to respond to it.
