Whether i am able to take transfer of my articleship or secondment is allowed in the last 9 month of articleship.

Yes allowed,but only issue is you would be required to get an prior approval from the ICAI for transfer and From Secendment form the Principal.

for secondment, no reason is required to be given to ICAI.
