25 November 2014 Sir, l want to take transfer of articleship because I am living in Virar and my CA firm in andheri. In my firm only bank audit and they allotted me 3 Bank in churchgate. I goes churchgate daily so it is difficult to me for travel daily of 5 hours. I put my heavy afforts even if nothing to learn in the Firm So I want to take transfer but my principal not allow me. please give me perfect solutions.

25 November 2014 You can get the transfer in the first year of articleship. The rules for transfer in subsequesnt years are more stringent. So convince your Principal

25 November 2014 in this case note 1 thing unless ur ca allows u by signing in form 109 u cannot take a valid transfer and icai also will not help u as ur ca is given the freedom to decide in this case.
