11 November 2014 I have already joined d firm which I told about and I m not satisfied. I submitted articleship form on 30 Oct n now I want to take transfer,i hav spent about 1 month here bt learnt nothing..plz advice me what shall I do? and how should I talk to my present employer CA abt transfer so it does not go in wrong way...I mean I can't say directly? I hope u got my problem...

11 November 2014 In whatever manner you may present your case, the message to the principal, in nutshell, remains the same.

Just state politely that you have an offer from another firm, which believe would be better for your career growth. Thats it.
