can icai give permission for transfer 40km ? for the reason transfer of my fathers job?

transfer of my parents this is my reason but this city is 40km form current city my principle can give transfer then icai can object?

even if ur principal gives but u are covered by 50 kms then icai will reject the application better u take secondment i.e ur reg with same ca but officially working with other ca for that u need to file 109 n 104.
