21 July 2014 Sir, I am taking transfer second time in first year of articleship. In report of practical training in Form-109, the date of commencement of articleship training to be mentioned will be either the date of very starting date of articleship i.e. the date of joining at the very first employer or the date of joining/commencing articleship at my second employer from where I am taking transfer now. Sir please reply soon.

21 July 2014 Sir 1 more thing, when we have to give details of partially completed articles service in Form-103, then About which employer I shall mention: The ist employer or the second employer?? Because there is space provided for single employer details only.

* **In Form 109** (Report of Practical Training at time of transfer), you mention **the joining date with your new (second) employer** — because this form is about the current transfer.

* **In Form 103** (Registration of Articles), where you give details of partially completed articles, you should mention your **first employer** — since you have already completed that part of your training there.

Basically:

* Form 109 = details with new employer (transfer joining date)
* Form 103 = details with previous employer (for the completed part of articleship)

If there is only space for one employer in Form 103, fill in your **previous employer** details because this form registers your total completed period before joining the new employer.
