sir my employer is not ready to give me tranfer for my articleshp due to some family problems and it has been only 11 months duration. so kindly help me regarding this..

Unfortunately, though ICAI provides for free transfers during the first year, it generally doesn't intervene in the disputes between the article and the Principal. So all you can do is to convince your Principal.
