09 October 2013 sir,
my 1st year of articleship has been completed in 30 sep 2013. and form 109 also signed by my principle.but i am fail to send it to icai within 30 sep 2013. sir please tell me there is any option of selection of my form if i wil send it within this month i.e october

09 October 2013 Form 109 need to send to icai with 30 days from the date of transfer

.so if your date of transfer is 25.09.2013 you need to send to icai so as to reach them with in 24.10.2013
.

In case of delay you need to send a condonation for delay request along with stipend recd proofs and work dairy of your articleshsip period..icai will condone your delay

02 August 2025 Yes, I’m sure. If you send Form 109 late, **ICAI usually accepts it if you apply for condonation of delay** along with proper proof like stipend receipts and work diary.

Usually, **no fine is levied** but the condonation request is mandatory for late submission.

So, send your Form 109 ASAP with a letter explaining the delay and attach evidence as mentioned.
