Transfer of articleship

i am a second year article and i m taking transfer and my principal also given consent so i have sent a letter for approval to institute but not received any reply.. what should i do?? should i fill form 109 and send or sent another letter for approval..

1)Contact ICAI Articles registration section
2)It is recommended to consult nearest ICAI chapter they will provide you the better wayout
3)If you have received letter you can take transfer by filing form 109,,if not received wait till articles completed 2 years and there go by Secondment of articles which will be permissable by icai
