I am pursuing 1st year articles in a firm in Hyderabad.
I want to take termination from the firm.
Please help me by stating what procedure to be adopted for transfer.
Whether there is any restriction to TRANSFER WITHIN CITY?

10 July 2012 U just need to obtain an NOC from ur Boss and submit it to ur Institute so that ur training shall be counted. After that U can join another firm and the further procedure is same as u jined ur 1st firm.
