01 November 2008 Hi,
I am working as an article in a local firm of Mumbai.I would like to know the procedure for taking transfer from current CA firm to another CA. Is there any restrictions on the no of transfer I can take during my articleship period. Also, If my current CA does not allow me to take the transfer then , can I Complaint the same in CA institute?If so, Please tell me the procedure & appropriate authority. Consider it as urgent....Thanks

Execute form 103 and 102 with new employer.
To send forms 103 and 109 to the regional council of icai to which you belong either by you or the employer with in 30 days.The remaining part of the question is left unanswered due to personal reasons.
