23 December 2013 IS THERE REQUIREMENT OF TAKING PRIOR PERMISSION FROM ICAI FOR TAKING TRANSFER IN 1ST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP.

23 December 2013 in first year its not requires can directly fill up form 109.

23 December 2013 no need of prior permission from icai for transfer in 1st year of articleship

just send form 109 to icai after get it signed from your boss
.

and after that you no need to wait for icai confirmation for transfer of articleship you can join with other ca and send form 103 for registration of articleship

23 December 2013 After submitting form 109 and 103 u can directly join new firm..no need to wait for any letter as it may take more then 1.5 months.
