18 May 2016 I HAVE A NRO ACCOUNT I WISH TO TR RS 5 LACS TO MY NRE ACCOUNT IS IT NECESSARY TO SUBMIT THE 15CB AND 15CA FORM TO OUR BANK TO EFFECT THERTGS FROM MY NRO TO MY NRE ACCOUNTS

WE UNDERSTAND THET SINCE 01-04-2016 CBDT HAS RELAXEDTHERULE.
WHAT IS THE LIMIT OF AMMOUNT WHICH CAN BE TRANSFERED FROM NRO TO NRE WITHOUT SUBMISSION OF 15CB AND 15CA FORM

19 May 2016 Two things are apart from each other. 15CA and CB are for remitting the money with /without TDS, as per the applicability of income tax. For transferring 5Lakh, you can get the 15CB, indicating NO TDS required.
