16 June 2014 Sir i had started my articleship on 20 feb 2013. My 1 year is completed now i want to take transfer because i had an operation on 3rd june 2014 and doctor told me to take rest for 3 4 months . Plz tell me the procedure of transfer . I had an operation from private hospital . Plz tell me if i can take transfer from back date before my completion of 1 year if it is possible then how muvh late fee i have to pay or give me any idea .thanks

17 June 2014 you need to apply now for prior approval for transfer through an application written to ICAI along with the medical reports...this application has to be compulsorily signed by you principal too. once you receive the approval, you can submit form 109.

17 June 2014 in the plain paper application u need to mention this reason along with a ogvt doctors certificate stating that u require atleast 4 months leave for recovery and only when they allow u in writing then u file form 109 else it will not be accepted.
