11 January 2016 currently I am in 2 nd year of articleship I want to take transfer from my current firm which is in Delhi to a firm in Bihar is financial crisis in family a valid reason to get transfer kindly help

11 January 2016 Explain the same to ICAI if ICAI feels it is valid reason you may get permission for transfer.reasons looks good and valid

11 January 2016 Latest utility bill,rental agreement along with your boss no object letter for your transfer recommending your transfer

11 January 2016 but the rent agreement is not on my name its on name of my relative

11 January 2016 May be your wedding invitation will be enough..just send a letter for permission with possible information and must attach your boss recommendation for your transfer quoting the same reason u have requested generally icai may permit with out questioning u much or can produce further info if they asked so
