11 January 2016 currently I am in 2 nd year of articleship I want to take transfer from my current firm which is in Delhi to a firm in Bihar is financial crisis in family a valid reason to get transfer kindly help

11 January 2016 May be your wedding invitation will be enough..just send a letter for permission with possible information and must attach your boss recommendation for your transfer quoting the same reason u have requested generally icai may permit with out questioning u much or can produce further info if they asked so
