Transfer during 1st year of articleship

my ca denied to give me transfer. my 1st year of articleship is not yet completed. what should I do. I had not submit stamp paper of 100 rs. to my ca. I have only 1 week left for complete my 1 year of articleship.

there is precisely nothing that you can do if your principal has not permitted the transfer..
