26 April 2015 i am direct ipcc student. i am eligible for 9 months training to give ipcc exam. i complete my articleship of 9 months and now want to stop my training. but my ca doesn't give me transfer. please tell me what to do. i requested him very much but he doesn't give me transfer. please help please
