02 September 2016 Dear Student, U need to write a letter to icai seeking transfer of articleship on medical grounds and once it get approved u can take transfer. Wait till the icai approved it. Hope your query is resolved

02 September 2016 But sir, I called to icai; they were like u can send form 109 along with the letter... so can I do so before getting approval from icai ??? please help me out sir

If u had a word with icai then send the tranfer form along with your Letter and your CA letter confirming the same.
