I have joined my articleship before 3 months, i want to tranfer my articles to another firm, are there any provisions which will not allow transfer of articleship before 6 months of joining??

there is no such provisions.. u can freely take transfer in the first year of articleship dear....!!1

YOU CAN TAKE TFR AFTER FILLING FORM 109

only condition is that your current ca should allow you to take transfer and sign in form 109.
