I WANT TO KNOW THAT IF A ARTICLE WANTS A TRANSFER WITHIN FIRST YEAR BUT PRINCIPAL REFUSES TO GIVE HIM TRANSFER THEN WHAT ARE THE PROVISIONS REGARDING TRANSFER AND WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE TO THE ARTICLE?
