15 April 2013 is transfer of Articles is possible after completion of one year period..???

15 April 2013 Yes possible; but to get the transfer of articleship in second year and onwords there is some conditions and process to take transfer.

1) Transfer will be allowed only one time during the remaining period of articleship.

2) Transfer shall be allowed on the grounds of medical, family shifting from one place to another due to the business/profession of parents and the transfer should be beyond 50kms from the present place.

3) To get the transfer first you have to get the permission from ICAI by writing a request to transfer with proper reason to taking transfer on a white paper

4) After receipt of acceptance of your transfer request from the ICAI then you have to submit form 109

5) After receipt of acceptance of form 109 and completion process of articleship transfer from ICAI then you have to re-register for articleship for the balance period along with excess leaves if any at the new employer.
