Whether trans-1 credit can be taken now in Annual Return 9 or guide further to avail Credit not taken.

No fresh credit can be taken in annual return.

There is no way you can take TRAN-1 credit now. The form is not available and transitional credit cannot be availed through GSTR-3B.
