I am in the 2nd year of article ship.I completed my first yr in internal audit department & requested for a change of department.but my head is not willing to accept my request of change to tax audit department.I am willing to get explored to the new area,so wannt to change the CA firm.So how can deal with the tranfer procedure?.

Well, for transfer in 2nd Year of Articles u need to provide a proper and valid reason for transfer. So only for that reason u can't take transfer.
And the most important one is ur principal's consent on transfer. Without which u can't transfer.

In that case u need to convince ur principal, regarding ur exposure n transfer. And must provide a valid transfer reason.
