TRAN-1 & TRAN-2

We are trader and in previous regime not-registered in central excise and we have not duty paying documents. Should we file Tran-2 or first we have to file Tran-1 then we can file Tran-2.
If, we have to file Tran-1, which head we have to fill.
please advise.

You have to file TRAN-1 also to submit TRAN-2....
