Is it compulsory to file Tran 1 and 2 if we don't have any input credit of previous tax regime

Tran 1 and Tran 2 forms are not mandatory to fill, they are applicable only if you wish to claim the transitional credit.

These forms are not mandatory to file, for transitional credit you may file the forms.
