as i m living in barielly so it is necessary to do training from big metro cities or not?

No it is not necessary to do training from big city.
However with better industrialization it is possible to get better exposure in CA firms in metro city.
Be careful in choosing the firms in your hometown.

If u want to do practice than small/medium sized city than it is ok to do atricleship from barely.
If u want to make carrer in audit it is better to do articleship from big four.
but at the end of the day only skills matters.
