We are the manufacturer of Rubberised Coir Products and the same is cleared under 1% excise duty. now we want to trade p.u foam and its products like mattresses, pillows and sheets etc.Pl. Calarify that whether it is possible or not. if yes pl.inform the procedure.

Rubberised coir products are covered under 1% mandatory excise chain subject to non availment of Cenvat credit.
Please clarify th item which you intendend to clear on trading is exisable and is it input in rlation to manufacture th goods for which you are register with xcise dpt. From your query it is not clear .
