18 December 2011 We are the manufacturer of Rubberised Coir Products and the same is cleared under 1% excise duty. now we want to trade p.u foam and its products like mattresses, pillows and sheets etc.Pl. Calarify that whether it is possible or not. if yes pl.inform the procedure.

19 December 2011 Rubberised coir products are covered under 1% mandatory excise chain subject to non availment of Cenvat credit.
Please clarify th item which you intendend to clear on trading is exisable and is it input in rlation to manufacture th goods for which you are register with xcise dpt. From your query it is not clear . Pl rphrase your query and requsted to put point wis and meaning full qustion so that we can work upn it and make suitable comments , other wise it would waste of your time as well as mine.
