Tax credit u/s 115jaa

12 August 2013 Sir,

In the assessment order u/s 143(1) for A.Y 2012-13, the credit u/s 115jaa has not been considered even though the tax at normal rates is more than the tax u/s 115jb; and credit amount is available u/s 115jaa on account of tax paid in previous year as per 115jb.
What may be the reason for such disallowance of credit?
What should be done to claim the credit?

I want to start my own business i.e. Trading in All Types of Incence Sticks (Agarbati & Dhoop ) ,

Therefore I would like to request you that please favour to guide me what is the basic process of establishment of Trading Unit along with basic registration, and other Govt. Licenses and sources of finance list.

We hope you will help me at the earliest possible & oblige.

12 August 2013 For sec 115jaa query you must file rectification letter with the jurisdictional AO asking him the credit available and seek for rectifying error.

12 August 2013 yes we can file under sec 154.
For knowing the procedure you go to share files and under income tax category on 11 page onwards you will get a file on this issue.
