What is the difference among above mentioned three terms

28 November 2012 1.A Trade Mark is a word, symbol or name that is used in commerce. The purpose of trade mark is to distinguish product of one company from another-Example noodles are manufactured by different companies Magggie by Nestle..Yuppi by ITC.
2.If someone wrote a novel that novel may have copyright.
3.Patent is an invention suppose some automobile engineer designs an engine for a two wheeler which gives fuel efficiency of 120KMPL that design is a patent
To prevent other companies using the above they are registered.
