1.A Trade Mark is a word, symbol or name that is used in commerce. The purpose of trade mark is to distinguish product of one company from another-Example noodles are manufactured by different companies Magggie by Nestle..Yuppi by ITC.

3.Patent is an invention suppose some automobile engineer designs an engine for a two wheeler which gives fuel efficiency of 120KMPL that design is a patent
