Whether a trademark registered in the name of a partner can be used by the firm without any licensing agreement? please urgent?

Yes, it may be used. But it is advisable to enter into a formal agreement

If we have a trademark in the name of partner we can launch the product in the name of firm through a formal agreement. Is it right?

Yes....You can very well do that. In fact most of MNC make use of such an arrangement
