Trade license required or not for any registered Charitable Trust with proper office address in West Bengal ?
This trust already obtained certificate U/s 80G as per IT act.
Plz reply wiith related law reference.

Non-profit organizations, including charitable trusts if not engaged in any commercial activities, are generally exempt from the requirement to obtain a trade licenses.
