Dear Sir,
If Co. already registered with Service Tax Department for e-filing will it have to apply for TPIN and co. has filed online return in previous year also

No, there is no need to obtain TPIN No. once again, userid and password used for last year to file the return is to be used for efiling the return.

If you already have password and user id you are not required to register again.You can file return using the TPIN, user id you already have.
