My Freind is running a Business Tours & Travels In Karnataka ,Bangalore,does he need a KVAT registration, if Yes, Guide me for KVAT Registration.

no he does not need vat registration as he is not selling goods.
however he is required to get service tax registration if he turnover exceeds 10.00 lac
however he is required to get service tax registration if he turnover exceeds 10.00 lac
